Linda's Infamous Jarred Brownies
Put into quart jar:
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. flour
2/3 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350¡....pour contents of jar into mixing bowl; add:
3 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well, pour into pan and bake:
9"x 9": 27 to
32 minutes; 7"x 11": 32 to 37 minutes; cool and cut.
