Here's the easiest recipe for artichoke dip. Actually when you know what's in it you might be less inclined to eat it, but it is SO GOOD. Everyone begs for it.
Artichoke Dip
1 can artichoke hearts. (Not marinated.)
1 cup finely grated Parmesan (or Romano or whatever)
1 cup mayonnaise
Stir ingredients and pop into a ceramic or glass bowl. Put in oven. Probably about 350 degrees. Leave in there for about 1/2 hour, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Good with butter
crackers (like Club) or toasted pita wedges. Can drop in a bit of cayenne or
tobasco if this is your bent.
