I have one for sugared nuts, Lola.

Sugared Nuts

Beat one egg white w/ 1tbs water until frothy.
Coat 1lb nuts in eggwhite
Combine 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp salt
Add to nuts - toss well

Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 1 hr at 250F occasionally shaking pan.

I made these last Xmas (I think it was Susan Ito who originally posted the resipe on TT) and they were delicious ... and fool-proof. In fact, I helped the kids make them for their teachers.
