I changed by not changing at all.

Crockpot Pepper Steak

Well, all I did was slice up a steak (probably about a 1.5 lb. sirloin - had it in the freezer), slice up two large green peppers. Tossed the steak with 1/4 cup flour, some salt and pepper. Then mix together 1 can of tomatoes (whole, diced, sliced, doesn't matter) with the juice, 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, and a 1 Tbsp of worcestshire, and some hot sauce (I like a lot, but you can either add or omit as you like). Then mix together 1/2 of the peppers, and all the rest of the ingredients in the crockpot. Set the crockpot on Low for 8-12 hours. About an hour before you are going to serve it, add the rest of the peppers, and turn the heat up to High. If you would like the sauce to be thicker, then just mix together 3 Tbsp of flour with 3 Tbsp of water, and mix it in. Then just cook it for about 10 minutes or so, to cook the flour, and thicken it. I served it over rice. Oh! If you are not experienced with your crockpot, you may not know that every time you lift the lid, you need to add 20 minutes to the cooking time. So, basically, don't lift the lid. It's fine.
