I changed by not changing at all.
Okay, easy, quick recipe which brings out the taste of the beef, so try to use good quality meat.
Easy Meatloaf
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 can tomatoes
about 1 cup of crushed crackers (try to use Royal Lunch Crackers, as they are delicious)
S&P
Oregano
If you like, you can use the liquid from the tomatoes. If not, substitute about 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Just jergutz the
whole thing together (that means just mush it all up with your hands), throw
in a loaf pan, and bake at 350 F for about an hour. Delicious! This was served
by my grandmother to dignitaries and heads of state. This is so good for leftover
meatloaf sandwiches the next day too.
