Easy Meatloaf

1 lb ground chuck 1 lb ground pork 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 package dry onion soup 1/2 teaspoon black pepper crushed red pepper to taste (1/2 teaspoon for me) salt 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats 2 eggs 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup red wine or beer

put all ingredients into a large bowl and schmoosh it all together with your hands. Pop it into a loaf pan (the kind with a trivet, if possible, to keep the loaf above the grease) and bake at 350 for an hour or so.
