Thanks for the peach suggestions! I'm cracking up visualizing FedEx'ing peaches!

Peach marmalade, Fayrene! I've made jam and even brandied peaches before (with toasted almonds...yum...) but marmalade! Would you have a recipe?

I whirl the contents of small cans of chipotles in adobo sauce in my food processor, so I have a wonderful smoky, spicy paste that I put in everything. That's the secret to my world-famous salsa, which you can do with those tomatoes, soosh. (just tomatoes, onions, cilantro, fresh squeezed lime juice, jalapenos, serranos and a spoonful or two of chipotle purée with a bit of kosher salt)
