Who can turn the world on with her smile?
Helen, macerate
some peaches in brandy and sugar, then use them to make a white wine sangria.
It's soooooo good.

Happy third birthday, Adrienne Marie! (7/6/2001)
Peach Sangria
Bottle of fruity
red wine, your brandied peaches (cubed), other in-season fruits, also cubed
(grapes and apples go nicely), a little club soda, maybe an extra shot of brandy
if you want to up the octane level a wee bit. Taste it before you serve it.
Sometimes it's a bit too sweet and needs a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to
even things out.
